Ingredients
- 1 cup Full Cream Milk
- ¼ cup Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 cup Whipping cream
- ½ cup Milkmaid
- 1 tsp Butterscotch Essence
- 5 drops Edible Yellow Colour
- 50 gms Butterscotch
Instructions
- In a pan take 1 cup Full Cream Milk, ¼ cup Milk Powder, and 1 tbsp Corn Flour, mix them thoroughly.
- Keep stirring and heat on a low flame until it gets small boil. It took 3 mins for the creamy consistency. Turn off the flame and remove it from stove and keep stirring for a minute.
- In a bowl take 1 cup Whipping cream and beat it using beater until it gets a creamy texture.
- Add ½ cup Milkmaid and using sieve transfer the heated milk mixture. Mix all ingredients together and beat it using beater for 30 sec.
- Now add 1 tsp Butterscotch Essence, and 5 drops Edible Yellow Colour. Beat it using beater again for 30 sec.
- Add ½ of 50 gms Butterscotch making smaller pieces of it. Mix it and transfer to an ice cream container.
- Sprinkle the remaining 50 gms Butterscotch and keep it in a freezer for 12 hrs. Butterscotch ice cream is ready.
