Ingredients
  

  • 150 gms Puffed Rice
  • 4 nos Boiled Potato Medium Size
  • tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 inch Grated Ginger
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take 150 gms Puffed Rice in a bowl and wash it in water.
  • Take 4 nos Boiled Potato and grate it in the same bowl.
  • Now add 1½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes, ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Chat Masala, 1 tsp Salt, 2 inch Grated Ginger and ½ cup Coriander leaves.
  • Mix them and form a dough.
  • Now apply oil on hand and take small amount of dough and give it a shape of tikki. Press hard so that it forms a shape with no air inside. Repeat with all the dough.
  • Now take a nonstick pan and heat oil in it. Shallow fry the tikkis on medium flame on both the sides. It took 3 minutes each side.
  • Collect in a plate. Murmura Aloo Tikki is ready.

Notes

Collect in a tissue paper for removing oil. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
