Paneer Kalakand is a delectable Indian sweet that combines the richness of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) with milk powder to create a melt-in-the-mouth dessert. Ingredients
- 200 gms Paneer
- 1 cup Milk Powder
- 1 cup Full Cream
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- Take 200 gms Paneer and grate it.
- Transfer to a non-stick pan, add 1 cup Milk Powder and 1 cup Full Cream.
- Now mix them thoroughly.
- Turn on the flame and set it to low. Keep stirring on it until thick consistency is observed. It took 10 minutes.
- Now add ¼ cup Sugar, and 1 tsp Cardamom Powder. Mix it thoroughly. Stir for few seconds and turn off the flame.
- Now take a container or a mould and transfer it for shape. Gently tap and give a shape.
- Garnish with pistachio which is optional and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Now remove from the container and cut into pieces. Paneer kalakand is ready.
