Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Peanuts
  • 300 gms Grated Jaggery
  • 2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Take a steel kadhai and roast 250 gms Peanuts on low flame until it crunchy.
  • Turn off the flame and remove the Kadhai from stove. let it cool down.
  • Now take a bowl and add 2 cup Wheat Flour and 1 tsp Salt. Mix them.
  • Now add small quantities of water and mix it for making soft dough.
  • Add 1 tbsp Oil and knead it. Close with lid and keep it aside.
  • Now rub roasted peanuts to remove the outer cover. Transfer some of the peanuts to mixer jar and mixer grind it.
  • Add some quantity of 300 gms Grated Jaggery and mix it.
  • Repeat and mixer grind all of them. Collect Peanut Jaggery Mixture in a bowl.
  • Now take ½ cup of mixture and add 1tbsp water in it and mix it to form its dough. And make small spherical laddu like pieces of it.
  • Now remove the lid from flour dough and take small amount of dough and give it a shape of small bowl.
  • Add a piece of peanut jaggery mixture laddu in it and cover it gently with flour dough.
  • Now gently give it a circle shape of paratha or roti using rolling board and pin.
  • Take a pan and heat it. Roast the circle shaped roti on medium to high flame on both the side. Apply ghee while roasting.
  • Lower the flame and collect the Peanut Jaggery Roti is a plate. Repeat the process to make all of them. Peanut Jaggery Roti is ready.
