Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Basmati Rice
- 1 ltr Full Cream Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- Take 4 tbsp Basmati Rice, wash it thoroughly and soak it for 20mins.
- Take 1 ltr Full Cream Milk in a vessel and put it on high flame to get a boil.
- Transfer Soaked Basmati rice to the boiling milk. Stir and boil till milk quantity reduces to ¾.
- Now add ½ cup Sugar and 1 tsp Cardamom Powder, mix them. Let it boil for 5 mins.
- Turn off the flame and remove vessel from stove and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Using a Mixer grinder make it to a fine paste like texture and freeze it for 2hrs.
- Grind it again to a fine paste and transfer to a ice cream container and freeze it for 12 hrs. Basmati Rice Ice Cream is ready.
