Belgian Chocolate Ice Cream

- 1 Ice Cream Container
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Milk Full Fat
- ¼ cup Milk Powder
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Liquid Glucose
- 100 gms Dark Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ¼ cup Milkmaid
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Take a cooking pan and add 1 cup Raw Milk, ¼ cup Milk Powder, ¼ cup Sugar and 1 tsp Corn Flour. Mix them thoroughly.
- Now keep on low flame on stove and let it boil. Keep stirring till it gets a boil. Then turn off the flame and remove the pan from stove.
- Now add 1 tbsp Liquid Glucose and mix it thoroughly. Now add 100 gms Dark Chocolate and 2 tbsp Cocoa powder and mix them together. As the milk is hot everything gets mixed well, and this forms a chocolate sauce.
- Take a bowl and add 1 cup whipping cream. Whisk it using electric whisker until it becomes soft and fluffy. Now add ¼ cup Milkmaid, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence and Chocolate Sauce. Now mix them together thoroughly.
- Transfer to a ice cream container. Deep freeze it for 25-30 hrs. Belgium Chocolate ice cream is ready.
