Kaala Jamun | How to make perfect juicy kaala jamun with nuts inside

Equipment

  • 1 Vessel
  • 1 Glass
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Plate
  • 1 flour sieve

Instructions
 

  • Take a vessel, add 1¼ cup sugar and 4 glass water, mix it well while heating on stove. Add 4 tbsp Milk and mix. Boil on high flame.

  • While boiling all the dust comes to sides which can be easily removed using spatula. Now the syrup is clean. Check for the stickiness and remove from the flame to cool it down.
    Waste Removal
  • Take 500 gms Mawa / Khoya and rub it with hands to make it soft. Now take sieve and add 150 gms Maida and ½ tsp Baking Soda while sieving it.
    Rubbing Mawa
  • Mix them well. Add 1 cup Fresh Cream, in small quantities while mixing. Mix until the soft dough is made. Cover it with a bowl to rest for 15 mins.
  • Now add 1 tsp Cardamom Powder to sugar syrup.
  • Now take a small amount of dough and mix it with dry fruits. Now take small doughs make fillings and give shapes using all the dough.
    Shaping Kaala Jamun
  • Now fry in small quantities till black color is observed on low flame and medium flame. Transfer to another container and let it cool down.
    Frying Kaala jamun
  • Add them to sugar syrup and let it soak for 3-4 hours. Kaala Jamun is ready.
