  • Non-Stick Pan
  • Spatula
  • Mixer Grinder
  • Measuring Spoons

Instructions
 

  • Take a non-stick Pan. Add 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds, 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 3 nos Clove, 10 nos Black Pepper, 1 no Cinnamon, 1 no Star Anise, 1 no Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp Dry Coconut Powder, and 5 nos Red Chilli.
  • Roast it on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and remove the pan from stove. Now add ½ tsp Salt and ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder. Mix it thoroughly.
  • Now add 1 tsp Sugar, mix it and grind it to powder form. Masala powder is ready.
  • Now in the pan heat 2 tbsp Ghee and roast 500 gms Kaju / Cashew for 8-10 minutes so that they become crunchy.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl. Add 3tbsp Masala powder and 2 tsp Chat Masala. Mix it thoroughly. Masala Kaju is ready.
