  • Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Non-Stick Pan

  • Measuring Cups


  • 2 cup Milk Powder
  • 1 cup Milk Cream
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Powder Sugar


  • Take a bowl and add 2 cup Milk Powder, 1 cup Milk Cream and ¼ cup Ghee.
  • Mix it thoroughly. I used whisk to mix it until it is smooth liquid consistency.
  • Now take a nonstick pan and transfer the contents from bowl. Heat it on low flame and keep stirring.
  • When the Peda consistency is achieved, ghee can be seen being separated. Add 2 tbsp Powder Sugar and mix it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and remove the nonstick pan from stove. Stir it for a minute and let it cool down, stir occasionally while cooling down.
  • Now apply ghee on palms and by taking small amount of mixture, give it a shape of Peda.
  • Let it cool down completely and rest for 4-5 hours. Malai Peda is ready.



Serve after 5 hours for delicious taste and perfect texture.
