Ingredients
- ½ kg Papaya
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 15 nos Chopped Almonds
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- Take ½ kg Papaya, wash it and peel off the outer layer of it. Remove the seeds inside it.
- Now grate it and collect in a plate.
- Take a nonstick pan and heat 2 tbsp Ghee. Fry 15 nos Chopped Almonds until brown and then fry 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio remove in a small bowl.
- Transfer grated Papaya to the non-stick pan. keep stirring it on low flame until ghee gets separated. Add 2 tsp Ghee and keep stirring for 10 minutes.
- Now add 3 tbsp Sugar and 1 tsp Cardamom Powder. Mix it and keep stirring on low flame until ghee gets separated. It took 15 minutes.
- Now add fried almonds and mix it for a minute.
- Turn off the flame and remove it from the stove. Let it cool down and transfer to a container. Papaya Halwa is ready.
