Sprouts Salad Chat is a Healthy and tasty best morning breakfast. People like to eat as such but few like to add and make sprouts tasty.
This recipe doesn’t need to be cooked. It’s easy to make as we need to just mix some tasty items to make it great.
I have added simple salad too like cucumber, carrot and tomatoes which makes the recipe healthier and more different types of taste.
Raisins and Dates give sweetness to the recipe and more energy to the body and a satisfactory taste while chewing.

Sprouts is a healthy and natural food which can be made at home easily. It can be eaten raw making it sweet and salty naturally.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- ½ cup Fenugreek Sprouts
- ½ cup Green Pease Sprouts
- ½ cup Gram Sprouts
- 1 cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1 cup Chopped Tomato
- ½ cup Fine Chopped Carrot
- ½ cup Raisins
- ½ cup Chopped Dates
- ½ cup Chopped Corriander Leaves
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Take a bowl, Add all the ingredients. Mix gently with a spoon.
