Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1 cup Chopped Cashews
  • ½ cup Chopped Pistachio
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ cup Sesame Seeds
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • ½ cup Watermelon Seeds
  • cup Dry Coconut Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 600 gms Chopped Dates

Instructions
 

  • Heat ⅓ quantity of ½ cup Ghee in a steel kadhai. Then add 1 cup Chopped Almonds, 1 cup Chopped Cashews and ½ cup Chopped Pistachio. Roast them on low flame for 5-6 minutes so that they become crunchy. Transfer them to a bowl.
  • Add ⅓ quantity of ½ cup Ghee to heat and then add ½ cup Sunflower Seeds, ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds, ½ cup Sesame Seeds, ½ cup Raisins, and ½ cup Watermelon Seeds. Roast them for 5-6 minutes on low flame and transfer them to the bowl.
  • Now add 1½ cup Dry Coconut Powder in the steel kadhai and roast it until its color gets light brown. Transfer it to the same bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients together and then add 2 tbsp Chia Seeds and 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds. Mix them together.
  • Take the remaining ½ cup Ghee and add 600 gms Chopped Dates. Roast them for 5 mins and add them to the bowl and mix them together.
  • Now taking a hand full of mixture give a spherical shape of laddu. Dry Fruit Laddu is ready.

Notes

Daily 1 Piece of Laddu during winter season is very healthy. It can be stored in a container for up to 1 month.
