- 1 Spatula

Ingredients
- 2 cup Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 6 nos Black Pepper
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Mango Powder
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 2 cup Green Peas fresh
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Besan
Instructions
- Take a bowl, add 2 cup Wheat Flour 2 tbsp Ghee, and ½ tsp Salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add water as required in small quantities while mixing to make dough. Close the lid and let it rest.
- Take a Steel Kadhai and roast 1 tbsp Coriander, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Fennel Seeds, 6 nos Black Pepper, and 1 piece Cinnamon until the aroma starts coming. turn off the flame and remove from the stove.
- Now add 1 tsp Mango Powder, ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Black Salt, 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder, and ½ tsp Turmeric Powder. Mix all of them in that hot kadhai. Now add ½ tsp Sugar and mix it.
- Now grind it to a fine powder using mixer grinder. Masala is ready.
- Take 2 cup Green Peas and grind it to coarse powder.
- Take a steel Kadhai and heat 2 tbsp Ghee, after it gets heated add grinded masala and fry it for a minute on low flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp Besan and mix it for a minute on low flame. Now add grinded green peas and mix it for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Turn off the flame and remove kadhai from the stove. Let it cool down and then make small balls using the mixture. Also make small balls of dough.
- Now using rolling board and pin, flatten the dough to circle shape and add mixture ball and close it using dough to form a sphere. Now flatten it to form a thick circle. Follow the same for rest of dough and balls.
- Take steel kadhai and heat oil. Now add the thick circle pieces to the heated oil and let it fry for 2 minutes on low flame. Then from low to medium flame fry it until brown color. Fry all of them and Hare Matar ki Kachori is ready.
