Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Poha
  • 2 nos Grated Potato
  • 1 no Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 nos Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ bunch Coriander Leaves
  • 1 cup Oil quantity as per requirement.

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 cup Poha and wash thoroughly. Soak it in water for 5 minutes. Then drain the water.
  • Add 2 nos Grated Potato, 1 no Chopped Onion, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 3 nos Chopped Green Chilli, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Turmeric Powder and ½ tsp Garam masala. Mix them while smashing with hands.
  • Now add ½ bunch Coriander Leaves and mix it. Close with lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Now remove the lid and take small amount of batter and give it shape thick round of cutlet or any shape you would like to have for frying. Repeat with remaining dough.
  • Take a pan and heat 1 cup Oil in it. Now deep fry from both sides from medium to high flame. It took around 5 minutes on each side. Remove on a tissue paper. Aloo Poha Cutlet is ready.
