Ingredients
- ½ cup Basmati Rice
- 1 ltr Full Cream Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio
- 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds
- 1½ cup Mango Pulp
Instructions
- Take ½ cup Basmati Rice and wash in a bowl thoroughly. Soak it in water for 20-25 minutes.
- In a steel kadhai boil 1 ltr Full Cream Milk while stirring so that milk doesn't stick at bottom. Lower the flame and add the soaked rice, draining out its water.
- Keep stirring gently and let the boil come. Lower the flame and cook for 15-20 mins.
- Now add ½ cup Sugar, 1 tsp Cardamom Powder, 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio, and 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds. Mix them and cook for 2-3 mins. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. It took 15 mins under fan for cooling down.
- Now add 1½ cup Mango Pulp and mix it. Mango Chawal Kheer is ready
