  • Chopper Board
  • Knife
  • Tawa
  • Pizza Cutter


  • 1 no Capsicum
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Roti
  • 1 cube Butter
  • 1 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 2 handful Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 pinch Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 pinch Mix Herbs
  • 1 cube Butter


  • Take 1 no Capsicum, 1 no Tomato and 1 no Onion. Clean them and chop them into long pieces. Collect them in a plate.
  • Take a Tawa heat it and apply 1 cube Butter and roast one side of 1 no Roti on it until it is crunchy.
  • Transfer to a plate and apply 1 tbsp Pizza Sauce on roasted side of roti with a spoon.
  • Sprinkle 2 handful Grated Mozzarella Cheese on sauce and garnish with Veggies.
  • Sprinkle 2 pinch Red Chilli Flakes and 2 pinch Mix Herbs on it.
  • Apply 1 cube Butter on tawa and transfer the roti on it. Close with a lid and cook on low flame for 5min.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer it to a chopper board. Cut into slices using Pizza cutter. Thin crust Roti Pizza is ready.



Serve fresh and Hot. If you have other veggies or like to garnish with Paneer or olives, you can do it and make it more lovable roti pizza.
