  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 Cotton Cloth
  • 1 Water Sieve
  • 5 Glasses


  • 1 no. Coconut
  • 1 no. Banana
  • 4 nos. Chopped Dates
  • 5 nos. Chopped Chikoo
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ Bowl Dry fruits Almonds, Cashews, Raisins, Dry Figs, Watermelon seeds etc... Soaked in water for 6hrs.
  • 3 nos. Dry Figs Soaked in water for 5hrs.
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Honey


  • Take 1 no. Coconut and chop into long pieces and put in a mixer grinder. Add small amount of water and grind it for a minute. Add more amount of water, few pieces of ice cubes and grind. I used around ½litre water.
  • Transfer the grinded coconut to a cotton cloth and squeeze out the Coconut Milk.
  • Add more water to the left out grinded coconut and repeat the same and squeeze out more coconut milk. Coconut Milk is ready.
  • Take 1 no. Banana and put in mixer grinder along with 4 nos. Chopped Dates couple of ice cubes and a glass of coconut milk. Grind it and Vegan Banana Milk Shake is ready.
  • Take 5 nos. Chopped Chikoo and put it in mixer grinder along with 2 tbsp Honey and couple of ice cubes. Grind it and Vegan Sapota Milk Shake is ready.
  • Take ½ Bowl Dry fruits and grind it along with water in which it was soaked to form a smooth paste like texture. Add 3 tbsp of Paste in a glass with couple of ice cubes and add coconut milk. Mix it and Dry fruits milk shake is ready.
  • Take 3 nos. Dry Figs and put it in a mixer grinder along with water in which it was soaked. Add a glass of coconut milk and 1 tbsp Honey. Grind it and Vegan Anjeer Milk Shake is ready.
  • Decorate glass with 2 tbsp Honey inside and add plain coconut milk with couple of ice cubes. Vegan Milk Shake is ready.



All drinks can be served chilled.

Honey – 2tsp

Honey – 2tsp

Coconut Milk – 1glass
