Jowar Dhirde, also known as Jowar Pancakes or Sorghum Pancakes, is a nutritious and tasty dish that is part of traditional Indian cuisine. Jowar Dhirde and Aam Ras

Ingredients
- 7 nos Green Chilli
- 25 nos Garlic
- 2 cup Jowar Flour
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Chickpea Flour
- ½ cup Rice Flour
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 6 cup Water
- 1 cup Coriander leaves
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 no Onion
Aam Ras
- 6 nos Mango Juicy Mangoes
Instructions
- Take a mixer Jar, add 7 nos Green Chilli and 25 nos Garlic. Grind it to a fine paste consistency.
- Now in a Bowl take 2 cup Jowar Flour, 1 cup Wheat Flour, ½ cup Chickpea Flour, ½ cup Rice Flour, 2 tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, and grinded paste of Green Chilli and Garlic.
- Mix them thoroughly using a whisk. Now add some water in a mixer jar and transfer to the bowl.
- Now keep mixing and add a cup of water until 6 cup Water.
- Now add 1 cup Coriander leaves and ½ tsp Turmeric Powder (Optional) Mix them and close for with lid. Rest it for 30 mins.
- Remove the lid and mix it.
- Now take 1 no Onion, remove the cove and cut the upper part to form a flat surface of onion. Insert fork from the other side. Use it for applying oil on pan surface.
- Heat the pan and apply oil using onion. Lower the flame and spread Dhirde batter evenly on the pan.
- Keep on the low flame until there is a mesh like seen on Dhirde. It took 5 minutes.
- Now turn the Dhirde and roast on the other side for 2 minutes.
- Remove and put it on a wooden surface for 1-2 minutes. Fold and collect in a plate.
- Repeat for all the batter. Jowar Dhirde is ready.
Aam Ras
- Take 6 nos Mango and wash it thoroughly. Now make it soft by gently squeezing it and then in a bowl remove the juice.
- Take Mango seeds in another bowl and add water to it. Wash it thoroughly so that all the juice can be extracted. now remove the seeds and transfer the water to the mango juice bowl.
- Now grind it (optional) on chunk mode to make the juice soft and without any threads. Aam Ras is ready. Keep it in fridge for 1-2 hrs if you want to have it cool.
