  • flour sieve
  • Tawa
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Jowar Flour Approximate
  • ¼ cup Water Approximate

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and keep Flour sieve above it. Now Sieve ¾ cup Jowar Flour and remove the flour which left on sieve.
  • Now pour the flour in a plate or on kitchen table or platform. Add small quantities of ¼ cup Water with hand and start mixing with another.
  • Using palm of hand keep mixing for 2 minutes to make it smooth.
  • Now take a little flour and spread on the surface. Give a shape or circle to the dough using two hands and then place it on the flour.
  • Pour a little four on above it and using one hand keep pressing to enlarge the shape and with another hand touch the edges for circle shape.
  • Check if flour is required so that the dough doesn't stick while giving shape. Using both hands enlarge it more and make a roti shape.
  • Gently lift with both hands and keep it on hot Tawa and Apply water on top of the roti.
  • When the water on the top gets little dry separate the bottom using turner or knife and turn the roti. It takes about 30 seconds.
  • Now roast the roti on this this fully from centre and corners. Then turn and roast wherever it need roasting.
  • When roasted fully collect in a plate. It takes about 4-5 minutes. Jowar Roti is ready.

Notes

Do not wait for complete dryness on first side of roti while roasting.
For crunchiness roast on low flame.
