Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms Dry Dates Seeds Removed before use
  • 200 gms Dry Coconut Sliced or Chopped
  • 100 gms Fenugreek seeds
  • 5 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 200 gms Gond
  • 200 gms Chopped Almonds
  • 100 gms Chopped Cashews
  • 50 gms Dry Ginger Powder
  • 1 no Nutmeg Grated Nutmeg
  • 1 kg Grated Jaggery
  • 2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Take 200 gms Dry Dates and 200 gms Dry Coconut in a mixer grinder jar and grind it to a powder form. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Now in an Iron wok roast 100 gms Fenugreek seeds for 5 mins on low flame. Grind it to make it in a powder form and transfer to a bowl.
  • Now take 5 cup Wheat Flour in the iron wok and roast it until its light brown in colour. It took around 20 mins. Transfer to a bowl.
  • In the Iron wok heat 1 cup Ghee and fry 200 gms Gond in small quantity. Transfer to a plate.
  • After cooling smash, it with a smasher to break it down into smaller pieces.
  • Now in the same ghee fry 200 gms Chopped Almonds and 100 gms Chopped Cashews. It took 3-4 mins.
  • Add Fenugreek powder and mix it. Add Ghee if needed and roast for a minute.
  • Turn off flame and transfer the mixture to Wheat flour bowl and mix it.
  • Now add dry mixture powder and smashed gond in the flour mixture. Add 50 gms Dry Ginger Powder and 1 no Nutmeg. Mix all of them throughtly.
  • Now add 1 kg Grated Jaggery and mix it with hands thoroughly.
  • Add 2 cup Ghee and mix it. Add 1 cup Ghee and mix it.
  • Give Spherical Shapes of Laddus using hands. Postpartum Laddu / Methi Gond Laddu is ready.
