Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 3 cup Water
- ½ cup Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- ⅓ cup Grated Jaggery
Instructions
- Take a nonstick pan and add 1 cup Wheat Flour. Start roasting it on low flame until it gets half cooked.
- Side by side Add 3 cup Water in small vessel and heat on low flame until it gets a boil.
- Now add ½ cup Ghee in the nonstick pan and mix it with Wheat flour. Keep stirring until it gets a brown colour.
- Now add boiled water gently and carefully in smaller quantities. Add as per required consistency.
- Now add 1 tsp Cardamom Powder and ⅓ cup Grated Jaggery. Mix it thoroughly for 2 minutes.
- Close with lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Mix in-between.
- Turn off the flame and remove the pan from the stove. Aate ka Halwa or Kada Prasad is ready.
