Navratan Korma

Navratan Korma is simple and Easy. It’s a delicious sweet curry which includes fruits as well. Mostly it is liked along with Indian bread. Kulcha can be best.

Navratan when we split, it is nav and ratan, a Hindi word. Nav means nine and Ratan means Jewel. So the curry has nine jewels like vegetables and fruits.

There are two types in this recipe as some people like this to be spicy and others sweet. So according to the taste, one can adjust the ingredients and prepare.

Even in Indian restaurants, they have this variation so before ordering one needs to be clear about what they are ordering.

The gravy is the most important part which contains all the taste. So if you have a perfect gravy the tasty and deliciousness of the curry will be wonderful.
